The client is always in charge of making decisions about what to keep and what to recycle or donate. Perhaps you don’t want to, or need to get rid of items, and that’s ok too!

It’s difficult to set a timescale as each client will work at their own pace, and every home is different. Factors such as the size of the room, the number of items to be sorted, decision making, organising and tidying the space all need to be taken into account.

Clients are welcome to book a single session to see how much can be achieved and what the process involves, or a series of sessions to ensure the task is completed. Some people choose to have occasional sessions to maintain an organised home, while some prefer to get organised before a seasonal holiday or family visit. Regardless of the amount of sessions you choose to have, I will always aim to leave your room and items in a neat and organised way!

No! Perhaps gathering some cleaning supplies beforehand may be useful, or having a rough idea about the items you wish to keep or donate. You won’t need to purchase any equipment or storage furniture beforehand.

You don’t need to feel ashamed. I love helping and supporting people, and I’m used to being in all types of homes. I thrive on helping others become organised! Remember that every session is confidential, and I’m also registered with the ICO and have received a clear DBS check.
